Hackney City Farm first model idea (On Sketchup)

This is the first model I've done for the Farm Building. It is bigger that the actual one, because at first I decided to create it simple and that it will only have one level. 

I think the building doesn't look good. There is no proportional, it is too large. 

I needed to keep more grass area so I chose to create a second level. 

This model was good to realise my mistake when I wanted all by building to be very big. 

Even if I want a big volume I shouldn't create a large floor area. We need to building stories.
